I luck out that most of my experiments turn out well, but I do have to remind myself that baking is a science.

I'm still working on my layout for the trip comics, which will hopefully be a special MWF some point in the next few weeks.

Two cool bits of new. First, I have bought the url for the comic to be on it's on .com site. Not sure when it will move to that but it's pretty exciting news for me :)

Second, the comic was reviewed on the Panda Manga Podcast a week or so ago. I believe the review starts after the 7 minute mark, but still check them out and follow them on twitter. They seem to be really nice people.

I hope all of you are doing well and are safe.

so you've been doing this for a while do you know of many other Western Washington comic strip creators out there? I've only recently been doing web strips, but I've been working as a game animator for a good long while, and one thing I feel like I am missing is an environment where I can talk with people who have more experience doing this or just people to commiserate with about this stuff.
And thanks again, between this and Lunarbaboon my wife and I have a couple of strips that we can read together and enjoy, not something that is easy to accomplish and you do it well:)

That's awesome you're a game animator! I'm actually from Eastern WA (Ben is from Western). There are a few big name comic creators based in Seattle (The Oatmeal, Penny Arcade, PVP). As far as people I socialize with in the industry, I don't think I have any Western WA peeps (sorry if I'm wrong). Since we moved to the east coast before I started the comic and then attending SPX, most of my connections are with other east coast creators with a few exceptions. Twitter has really been the main connecting factor with other creators. For other comics that are about parenting and such I would highly recommend By The Fingernails and Christopher Comic

I can totally relate about finding comics you both can enjoy.
